Game mistake on December 30th.

There has a problem with this game that I wish to bring to attention.
On December 30th, I paid 9800¥ (101 Canadian dollars) to buy the fairy coin for the special event. But I didnt get any fairy coin at all . It only gives us apologize in next day, but still I didnt get any coin that I suppose to have.
I sincerely hope that whoever responsible for this will read this message and improve the situation as best as they can.
